Progressive Glasses

First, I will tell you that I have extremely bad vision.  It is so bad that I can no longer wear contacts.  For the last 10 years I have worn progressive.

The one thing that the instructors could not help me with was my vision.  We have 5 instructors here.  I shoot with all of them from time to time. They all tell me that when focusing on the front site it should be clear and everything else should be out of focus.  I was never able to accomplish this.

For some reason I decided to tilt my head back and look through the bottom of my lenses. Just by doing this slight tilt of my head, the site came into clear focus and the target was not clear.  I am so amazed at how much my aim has improved.

If you wear glass and are having trouble seeing the front site try tilting your head to see where you should be looking through your glasses.
